Tianna Dilligard has experienced many aspects of the hair and beauty industry. From prom to styling at her grandmother’s nursing home, and now with her looks walking the New York Fashion Week runway, she has experience working with people at all stages of life.
In season three episode four of Volume Up by The Tease, we sat down with Tianna, a licensed hairstylist and sought-after freelance session hair and makeup artist. Tianna stands by the mission of creating stunning transformations one client at a time. She has worked with high fashion models, renowned designers, and executives.

“It’s a mindset. With doing hair and makeup, I don’t look at it as a job. It’s something I love to do so that’s how I work through it. So that person has to have the same feeling I do. You have to love what you’re doing.”
With Tianna knowing, “It’s our job to put everyone’s hair into consideration,” she makes sure that stylists who come her way are directed toward models whose hair they know how to beautifully work with. With a team full of talented stylists, it’s all about understanding everyone’s diverse skills and allowing them to flourish with their respective hair types and textures.
