Additional Lengths Group is welcoming a new face to its team. The UK-based hair extension manufacturer and retailer recently announced Nicki Milner as its new Commercial Director, effective immediately. In her new role, Milner will focus on the expansion of their brands across the USA. Milner’s appointment is the latest in a slew of senior hires for the company.
With over 25 years of experience working in the hair and beauty industry, Milner couldn’t be more perfect for the role. She joins Additional Lengths Group from Cloud Nine where she led commercial and digital operations for over 15 years. Milner previously also held roles at ghd where she transformed its digital business over an 11 year period, and MDV Distribution Netherlands.
Milner comes to Additional Lengths Group at a critical juncture for the high growth business across the EU and USA. Remi Cachet Founder Victoria Lynch announced the arrival of Lisa Jackson as CEO in January 2025 to work alongside Lynch in taking the North East-based business to global new heights following investment from Growth Partner, the investor back by entrepreneur Richard Harpin.
“I couldn’t be happier to have Nicki join our thriving business,” said Lynch. “There aren’t many businesses who have achieved a revenue of £20m ($25m in USD), without a sales team. Nicki’s vast experience in the pro and consumer space will be instrumental in scaling our operations.”
CEO Lisa Jackson adds, “Nicki was the natural choice to lead our commercial operations and achieve our ambitions.”
Speaking on her appointment, Milner shared, “I’ve long admired the journey that Victoria and the team have been on at Additional Lengths and Remi Cachet. Everything I’ve learnt about the business so far shows that I’m embarking on a really exciting phase. I’m looking forward to joining the power duo Victoria and Lisa and working alongside an incredible talent team.”
