Fede Damiani began their hairstylist journey after putting pen to paper what they wanted and didn’t want in a career. With a drive for creativity and a passion for color, expression and individuality, Fede took on hair artistry. Now, marking ten years as a bleach and vivids specialist who loves rainbow hair.

“You can’t please everyone. And, if someone has a problem with you, they will grab the phone and give you a call. If they can not call you because they do not have your number, they’re not supposed to have a problem with you.”

“A challenge is creating an identity in the industry. But there is no right or wrong as long as you do whatever makes you feel best.”
“I want to grow a business where people trust me and we grow a genuine relationship. When I have the connection, I need to follow it. This is going to be a person where if I made a mistake, they will not drag me, they will call me, we will have a laugh, then I will fix it. It was a mistake and human. I want people who are human.”
