It’s official: the winners of Wella Company’s 2021 International TrendVision Award (ITVA) have been crowned!
After receiving nearly 5,000 entries from 28 countries worldwide, the competition awarded just 21 winners across seven different categories including color, styling, editorial focus, and nail art. This year’s show was hosted virtually via the @wellahair Instagram account as part of the company’s first-ever global digital event, WeCreate.
Taking home the top honor from North America was nail artist Ashton Harlon from Scratch Nail Spa in Las Vegas, NV. Harlon was awarded gold in the OPI Nail Artist Category. “Ashton is a perfect example of mastery of the medium, perfect meticulous precision execution, and out-of-the-box imaginative artistry,” said Heather Reynosa, category judge and OPI Director of Global Education Design.
Considered to be one of the most coveted accolades in the hair industry, the TrendVision Awards celebrates the talent and craft of hair and nail professionals across all key industry categories.
