Fans of the original Master clipper had been asking for this for years. And now, one of Andis Company‘s most iconic and reliable clippers is available in a cordless, lithium ion-powered design.
Launched in November of last year, the Master Cordless adjustable blade clipper is housed in unbreakable aluminum. It has the same look and feel as the original, but it’s actually 30% lighter. This will come as a relief to busy barbers and hairstylists.
A number of less obvious upgrades were made as well. Danielle Gallo, Andis Company’s Senior Product Manager, explains: “[The Master Cordless] may look like the classic Master, but inside lies state-of-the-art engineering and technology that makes this the most powerful, high-speed cordless clipper Andis has ever built.”
Additionally, Andis engineers added new constant motor speed technology to prevent dragging and stalling. It will also ensure years of sturdy use! The cordless design allows for greater flexibility and precision cutting behind the chair.
With its lithium-ion battery, the Master Cordless clipper delivers over 90 minutes of run time in a single charge. It even includes a premium charging stand to help keep stations organized. Hanging from a hook may be aesthetically pleasing, but the stand reduces the likelihood of a damaging drop to the floor.
